Make-Ahead Lightened Tuna and Vegetable Salad

1 c cooked whole wheat spiral pasta
1 can of tuna
1 hard boiled egg diced
1 carrot shredded
3 scallion chopped
1 green pepper diced
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons of your favorite creamy dressing (ex. ranch or green goddess)
1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Just add all of the ingredients together and store in the fridge for a few hours or overnight for the flavors to come together.
