Campfire Foil-Packed Thin Steaks Loaded with Flavor

Steaks - frozen
Garlic sliced
Soy sauce
Ground pepper to taste

Make double lined foil packs of your steaks to be consumed on the first night of your camp or backpacking trip. As you walk, the steak will defrost so I suggest a double ziplock to store them in as well as to not destroy your pack. You can throw the whole foil pack into the coals for cooking. Keep a close watch on them, as they will cook quickly. I would recommend 10-15 minutes on the hot coals.
