One Pot Thanksgiving Trail Feast

1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of pre-seasoned stuffing (Ex: Stove Top)
1/3 cup of diced deli turkey slices
2 tablespoons of dried cranberries

Boil the water and add the stuffing and cranberries. Cover for three minutes, toss in the turkey just on top (just to warm it) and cover for another two minutes. Mix the ingredients to combine and enjoy!

For a longer trip, use dehydrated turkey by letting the slices dehydrate on the plastic trays for 5-6 hours before packing.

Serves 1 hungry hiker

* I couldn't find dried cranberries in Ireland, so I used a cranberry jelly instead.
