Make-Ahead Greek Tuna Picnic Salad

2 cans of white tuna steaks (in spring water) drained
4 tbsp greek yogurt
1 hard boiled egg
5-10 kalamata olives dice
2 tbsp kalamata jar juice
2 spring onions diced
1 tomato seeded and diced

Mix all of the above in a bowl to make an uncommon tuna salad. Break the tuna into two single serve containers for a double meal to be eaten on a day hike.

Serves 2 hungry hikers
