Dutch Oven Tomato & Basil Warming Camp Soup
2-3 pounds of roma tomatos
4 cups of veggie broth
handful of basil (to your liking)
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Put all ingredients into a dutch oven over the flame. Let it cook for up to a half an hour. To add more bulk, add rice to the soup if desired.
Serves 6-8
