Quick Fajitas for an Easy Camp Dinner

Foil packs of the following:

 

Meat in marinade (cumin, soy, pepper and chili peppers)

Green, yellow and red peppers with onions

Tortillas rolled together in foil

 

Extras:
Cheese shreds, sour cream, lettuce, salsa

 

Cook the foil packs over an open flame or in your dutch-oven at camp.

 

This is one of my go-to's for car camping. If you are using beef or chicken make sure you bring it frozen and use it the first night.
