Easy Trail Wrap with Peanut Butter and Granola

1 whole wheat tortilla

1 packet of Justin's almond or peanut butter

1/4 cup diced granny smith apple

2 tablespoons ready-made granola

Sprinkle of cinnamon to taste

 

Spread the almond butter down the center of the tortilla. Evenly distribute the diced apple and the granola along the length over the almond butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and roll it up. For a day hike, pack the tortilla in foil and toss into your bag. It is advisable for a backpack trip to assemble the wrap in camp so the granola doesn't get soggy due to moisture and the apple won't go brown.
