Homemade Fruit Leather

4 cups nectarine - peeled and seeded (or other seasonal fruit)

Honey - optional if not ripe enough

 

Preheat oven to 160. Blend the ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Line a plan with plastic wrap (or parchment paper) and fill with the pan with the mix until between 1/8-1/4 inch thick. Put into the oven for 6-8 hours until the center is no longer tacky. It will pull right off of the plastic wrap. You can then use a pizza roller to cut into long strips to roll up.
