Fast and Easy Miso Camp Ramen with Chicken and Greens

You have landed into a chilly camp and you’re looking to warm up. Enter this Miso Ramen with Chicken and Greens. It’s just as easy as the old salty versions but has been enhanced with extra protein, greens, good fats, citrus, and spiced with sriracha. This noodle soup will both keep you going and warm you up. 2 c filtered water
1 tbsp white miso
1 tsp nori flakes
1/4 c diced rotisserie chicken
A handful of baby spinach
Block of high-quality dried ramen
3 tbsp diced scallions
1 tsp sambal
1/2 avocado, diced
Lime wedge

Add everything into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn the heat down slightly. Cook for 4 minutes or until noodles are soft. Top with avocado and squeeze a lime wedge onto the soup to serve.
