Lime and Chili Dehydrated Mango Trail Snack
This trail snack delivers a sweet and tangy taste with a slight kick at the end. This is a popular snack that is incredibly easy to make at home before you set out on our next outdoor adventure. Once dried, just seal them in a Ziplock or a Tupperware and they will last for up to a year.

2 mangos, sliced evenly
2 tsp chili pepper
1 lime, juiced
Mix all of the above in a bowl until the chili is evenly coating the mango. Place them onto the dehydrator rack without crowding in a single-layer. Let them dry at 135 degrees for 6-8 hours or until the moisture is removed. Any sign of moisture and you can invite mold to grow. Let them cool completely and store completely sealed. You can also store them even longer by vacuum sealing them.
