IMG_20190726_164647.jpg

This is an easy recipe for either basecamp that can be done in minutes from your cooler stash, but tastes better than most heavy restaurant versions. It's going to require around 12m boiling for pasta, which is why it's best for on, not off-grid.

Boil your pasta following the instructions on the bag. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the pasta broth before draining. Set your stove to medium and add in the pesto and reserved water.
